Android users can go to Play Store (HK) and search AIG Thumbs Up to download the application.

Remarks: As this mobile app is just available in HK. You will be unable to search AIG Thumbs up if you are using non HK regions app store / play store

As the minimum operation system is iOS 8 or Android 5.0.
If you mobile devices do not meet this minimum requirement, you will be unable to find this mobile app.

You can use your existing MOTIS account (login mobile phone no. & password) to login.

You can go here to download the application form and apply to be MOTIS user.

You can click “forgot password” in login page.
Then, you can input and submit your mobile phone no. A reset password email will be sent to your registered mail box and you could follow the steps to reset your account password.

As the sales data shown is based on policies booked in systems, there is a minimum delay period of 7 days

You can go to sales performance section, and click the “download” icon at the top right corner and then select the month of report that you need to download.

Due to the privacy concern, the export feature of exporting renewal list is not available.

It will just display show policies 2 months before and after policy effective date.

You can only see your available products in Product Section.
As there may have slightly different / product difference between producers types, so you may see different products when comparing to other users.

You can only see your available product line in GO MOTIS Section. As there may have different product lines to sell for different users, the no. of quantity in GO MOTIS Section may have difference. 

Because some of the product lines are not available in MOTIS for transaction, GO MOTIS button is in grey and dimmed.

You can go to product section and input the product name in search fields. Or you can also click the filter icon at top right corner and filter the product category that you are searching. 

Because there is claim procedures guideline only, to start the claim process, please follow the procedure guide for claim submission process.

Confirmation of receipt of cheque is a proof that AIG agents have received a cheque from customers.
Remarks: this is not a receipt of policy premium. AIG Insurance Hong Kong Limited will issue an official premium receipt to customers upon receipt of the customers' cheque to settle the premium from the AIG agent.

Mobile app will send those important information or latest news to your mobile devices via push notification. If you would like to opt out, you can go to setting section, and then turn off the “push notification”
