AIG Auto Insurance Grand Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions:
1. The AIG Auto Insurance Grand Lucky Draw (the “Lucky Draw”) shall run from 22nd May 2024 to 15th August 2024 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
2. The Lucky Draw is applicable to customers who purchase policy of Auto Insurance (Comprehensive coverage only) (“Designated Plans”) for Private Car in any form (including but not limited to through AIA business agents, company representatives, local brokers (“Producers”) and AIGHK official website) from AIG during the Promotion Period.
3. Employees of AIG Insurance Hong Kong Limited (“the Company”) are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
4. The Designated Plans are underwritten by the Company. The Company reserves the right of final approval to the insurance plan application.
5. Any customer who has applied for any of the Designated Plans and settled the premium payment, the Company will issue a formal policy with a policy number. Each formal policy number automatically receives one entry for the draw without registration. The Company will use the policy number for prize draws. Policy numbers which are not selected as winners in the first round of draw will automatically participate in the second round of draw. The winners will be the policyholders ("Winners"), and the prizes are detailed in point 6.
6. Each policy number is entitled to one prize, including:

7. Prizes will be randomly drawn using a computer system based on the policy numbers.
8. The draw dates are as follows, and participation in the draw does not guarantee winning a prize.

9. The draw results will be published on www.aig.com.hk on 09th August 2024, (first round of draw) and 25th September 2024 (second round of draw). The winning results will also be published on the same day in The Standard and Sing Tao Daily. The Company reserves the right to publish the full name of the winners and the last three digits of their policy numbers in the announcement.
10. If a winner has not paid the premium or canceled the Designated Plan by the draw date or earlier, their eligibility for the prize will be canceled.
11. The Company will notify the winners or agents regarding the prize collection arrangements by email (if the customers have provided an email address) on or before 31st November 2024. Winners of the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth prizes must collect the prizes at a designated location and date specified by the Company. The sixth prize will be sent to the winner's email address. If the arrangements for prize collection are not confirmed by 30th December 2024, or the prizes are not collected by 31st January 2025, the Company reserves the right to offer the prize to the replacement winner(s) without further notice.
12. Winners of the Lucky Draw may be required to participate in a photo taking session when they collect the prize at the office of the Company or at the designated location. Winners shall be deemed to have agreed to participate and have authorized the Company to use their photos taken at the Company or designated locations for promotional purposes, to allow the Company and its appointed service provider to use their personal details for communication purposes of the Lucky Draw.
13. The prize cannot be changed, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other products / services.
14. Pictures of the prizes are for reference only. The Company is not the supplier of the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th prizes. Any enquiry or complaint regarding the prizes redeemed by/ service relating thereto should be directed to the supplier. The Company assumes no responsibility / liability in respect thereof.
15. The Company reserves the right to verify the identity of the winners again after the publication of the results of the Lucky Draw.
16. These terms and conditions are related to the Lucky Draw only and no reference has been made to any coverage of the Designated Plans. For the coverage and other details of the Designated Plans, please refer to the relevant brochure and policy. 17. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final and conclusive. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
